Partial refund is not available for a change of mind. In this case, refund have to be made for the entire order.

For partial refund, you need to first return all the products you received including the gifts and benefits.

Once we have received all the products back, reshipment on products bought with benefits will be arranged.

Customer will be solely responsible for the shipping fee on the return and exchange due to a change of mind.
