Title Situations which exchange or refund is not allowed

- If the purchaser does not make a claim within the 7 days after the goods arrived (Including missing items).


- If the item is found damaged caused by the user.


- If the value of goods has declined after being used.


- The packaging of goods that can be copied etc. is damaged .


- Product which is damaged even if it is mis-delivered or missing.


- If there are differences in the color of the product received due to the display on different devices used to read the product information.


- Event/promotion gifts are not included in the parcel returned by the customer.


- Customized products and products which are stated not returnable or refundable on the details page will not be refunded if customer simply changes their mind.


- The outer case is used to protect the products. No exchange will be given for the damage on the outer case.

Any minor scratches, folds, printing or other problems which are not product defects will not be accepted as a reason for exchange.


- Minor scratches, folds, defects on the Dear My Muse Exclusive photocards or photocards at group orders will not be accepted as a reason for exchange or return.

If there is serious damage on the event products, exchange will be given after examination.

Please understand that it would be difficult to resend if it is out of stock.
